Email marketing & automation

Follow up faster. Stay remembered longer.

Most inquiries are not ready to buy today, and many go cold because nobody followed up in time. We connect your forms to your CRM, send instant, helpful follow-ups, and build email programs that keep you in mind until buyers are ready.

Why it matters now

Speed and automation decide who wins the lead.

The research on lead response is old but stark, and automated emails now carry a large share of email revenue.

Who it is for

Right for you if this sounds familiar.

  • Service businesses whose inquiries go quiet after the first call
  • Stores with customers who bought once and never came back
  • Teams sending email without authentication or a clear plan

Straight talk

What we will never promise you.

Plenty of agencies sell certainty they cannot deliver. Here is what the evidence says, and what we will not claim.

Email returns $36 for every $1

The figure is quoted everywhere, but its source gives no method or year, and Litmus's own 2025 survey shows returns spread widely. We report what your email earns.

Open rate is the number to watch

Apple Mail Privacy Protection loads email content in the background whether or not people read it, so opens are inflated. We report clicks, meetings and revenue.

US rules are enough everywhere

The UK, Canada, Australia and Singapore each set their own consent and unsubscribe rules, and Canada's maximum penalty for a business is $10 million per violation.

Straight answers

Questions about email & automation.

Which email platform should we use?

The one that fits your CRM and your team. HubSpot suits B2B teams managing a sales pipeline, Klaviyo is built for online stores, and simpler tools suit small lists. We recommend one in the proposal, and we can work in what you already have.

Can we email people who filled in our form?

You can reply to their inquiry. Marketing emails afterwards depend on the market: US law allows them with a working opt-out, while the UK, Canada, Australia and Singapore set consent or existing-relationship rules. We set the rules up per market.

Why are our emails going to spam?

Often because of missing authentication or high complaint rates. Since February 2024 Gmail and Yahoo require bulk senders to use SPF, DKIM and DMARC and offer one-click unsubscribe, and Outlook.com introduced similar rules in May 2025. We fix the setup first.

How fast should we reply to new inquiries?

As fast as you can. A Harvard Business Review study of 1.25 million leads found firms that tried to make contact within an hour were nearly seven times as likely to qualify the lead. The same article reported that 23% of 2,241 companies audited never replied to a web inquiry at all.
